SHIPPING


USPS Priority Mail - takes 2-4 days excluding Sundays and holidays within the continental U.S.A. The day the package is shipped does NOT count as a day.
THIS METHOD IS NOT A GUARANTEED SERVICE (however, 99% of packages have been delivered within 3-4 days).

UPS Ground - takes 1-5 business days depending on where you are located. The day the package is shipped does NOT count as a day.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING Please note that during the holidays (Thanksgiving thru Christmas) the Post Office and UPS may take additional time to deliver your order. Only Overnight shipments have a guaranteed delivery date. Overnight shipping requests must receive a shipping quote via e-mail.

Shipping

We provide Priority Mail shipping for domestic orders on "in-stock" items only. Any "special orders" will be shipped via UPS Ground. When you begin the checkout process, our system will automatically calculate the appropriate shipping charges.

Orders will be shipped within 24 hours excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

All Free Shipping Offers are only valid within the contiguous US.

All orders are based on weight. Your total shipping charge will calculate as you add items to your shopping cart.
Overweight packages and packages being shipped to HI or AK will be subject to additional shipping & handling charges.

EXCHANGE/RETURNS


Returns and exchanges of non-customized product are allowed within 30 days of receipt of the product. Holiday orders may be returned or exchanged as late as January 31st.

1. Send Non-Customized product back to the address at the top of your invoice along with a copy of your invoice.
2. Circle the item being sent back and indicate if you need a different size or different product.
3. If you would like a refund, please just indicate that it is a return.
4. Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment used for the order. Refunds take 3 business days to appear on your credit card.
5. Orders that received Free Shipping will be credited for the merchandise returned LESS the initial shipping incurred. Product that is exchanged from an order that received Free Shipping will keep the Free Shipping as long as the items kept equal the Free Shipping minimum order amount.
6. All products returned MUST be in the same condition you received it in (this includes the shoe box that shoes come in - PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON OR APPLY LABELS/PACKING TAPE TO THE SHOE BOXES). NOTE: If the item you are returning was not shipped directly to you from GymRats Volleyball (i.e. shipped directly from Mizuno, Tachikara, Molten, etc.) YOU MUST CALL US at (407) 925-6876 for return instructions and a Return Authorization.

RE-STOCKING FEES


There will be a re-stocking fee for the following items if returned:
- All-Over Novelty Print Socks (6+ pieces)
